Order Process

Placing an order on our website is easy.Just follow these simple steps.

1.Choose The Products You Want To Purchase.

You can browse all of The Back Pages products by selecting a category across the top or down the left hand side the page. To find out more about a product, click on its image or name and you will be taken to a page with more detailed product information.

2.Add Products To Your Shopping Cart

Once you have selected an item, and you have selected your quantity, click the (Add To Cart) button on the right side of the product detail page . Remember, you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the shopping basket icon on the top left of every page of our site.

3.Proceed To Check Out

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items that are in your shopping basket. You can add, change or delete items until you are completely satisfied with your order. Once you have selected all the items that you would like to purchase' click the (check out) button.

4.Enter Shipping And Billing Information .

In this step you will enter the shipping and billing addresses. Note that your billing address is the address linked to your credit/debit card, and it must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement. You can enter a different shipping address if you'd like your product(s) to arrive at a different location to your billing(bank statement) address. When you've finished entering this information in these steps, please click on the(continue) button.

5.Enter Payment Information.

Select your method of payment and payment information from the options available. Be sure to review all information on this screen before clicking the (Place Order) button.Once you are happy with all your details and your order click (Place Order) button to confirm your oder.

6.Getting HELP.

Refund Policy

Can I return my unwanted item?

We are happy to exchange unwanted items that are returned to us within 10 days from the day you received them, provided they are in perfect condition and are sent back with a letter explaining the reasons. We request all customers to call us on 0191 2615005 (Shop Hours) before sending items back. We are also willing to exchange for other item/items up to the value of your unwanted item. Please note we do not offer refunds on unwanted items. You the customer are also liable for any extra postal costs, returning the goods and also the new chosen goods being sent out to you. Please make sure that when you make a purchase on line that you definitely want the goods.

All goods must be returned with proof of purchase ID/Order number and be in perfect condition including all packaging.

Can I return my item for an exchange or refund? (if it's incorrect, faulty or damaged)?

We are happy to refund or exchange incorrect, faulty or damaged items that are returned to us within 10 days, provided they are in perfect condition and are sent back with a letter explaining the reasons. We request all customers to call us on 0191 2615005 (Shop Hours) to make sure that all their questions regarding the return process are fully understood, before sending items back. We are also willing to exchange for other item/items up to the value of your unwanted item.

For the return of high-value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

You can also return unwanted or faulty items to The Back Page Shop in person. All goods must be returned with proof of purchase, in original packaging and in resalable condition. All refunds and exchanges are processed at the manager's discretion.

Christmas Delivery Information

As advised by the Post Office we can confirm that all orders placed on our website before 2pm on Monday 21st December will be picked/packed and posted and arrive in time for Christmas Day.


Emergency Deliveries after Monday 21st.
Between this deadline (
2pm on Monday 21st December) and 5pm on Tuesday 22rd December we can only guarantee items which are ordered by phone and where a relevent extra postal charge is paid.Please note that this service only applies to orders placed greater than £50.
